In partnership with Chance to Shine, Surrey Cricket Foundation have launched a new cricket programme called Street Stars in South London, giving children aged 5 to 8 years old the opportunity to learn and play cricket in a fun and supportive environment.
Street Stars is run by coaches from the Surrey Cricket Foundation and is completely free to attend. The programme will take place at a variety of venues across South London, either after school or at weekends.
Street Stars sessions are designed to be inclusive, regardless of ability or experience. Coaches will teach children the basics of cricket, such as batting, bowling and fielding, in a fun and engaging way.
As well as learning about cricket, Street Stars participants will also develop important life skills such as teamwork, communication and leadership. The programme will also provide opportunities for children to get involved in their local community and to make new friends.
If you are interested in finding out more about Street Stars, or if you would like to sign your child up, please contact the coaches below.
