A bumper Bank Holiday weekend within the Surrey Junior Cricket Championship (SJCC) saw 15 finals take place across three venues. As always we would like to say a big thank you to all three venues for being gracious hosts: Kingston Grammar School, Normandy CC and Valley End CC. A big congratulation to all finalists, with lots of superb cricket being played across both days, a full list of the finalists and winners can be found here:

Sunday 24th August at Kingston Grammar School:

Monday 25th August at Valley End CC:

Under 15 Tier 2 Cup: Winners: Sheen Park, Runners Up: Epsom

Under 14 Cup: Winners: Purley, Runners Up: Spencer
Under 13 Tier 2 Cup: Winners: Beddington, Runners Up: Walton on Thames
Under 12 Plate: Winners: Croydon, Runners Up: Walton on Thames
Under 12 Cup: Winners: Reigate Priory, Runners Up: Esher
Girls Under 14/15 Hundred Cup: Winners: Sunbury, Runners Up: Ashtead
Girls Under 12/13 Hundred Cup: Winners: Weybridge, Runners Up: Dulwich
Girls Under 10/11 Hundred Cup: Winners: Spencer, Runners Up: Esher

Monday 25th August at Normandy CC:

Under 17 Tier 1 Plate: Winners: Esher, Runners Up: Blackheath
Under 17 Denis Jacobs Cup: Winners: Ashtead, Runners Up: Sutton
Under 19 Tier 2 Cup: Winners: Malden Wanderers, Runners Up: Trinity Mid-Whitgiftian
Girls Under 17/18 Tier 1 Winners: Richmond, Runners Up: Ashtead

The finals saw the culmination of an SJCC season which has seen over 19,500 young players compete in over 6,300 fixtures. There are now just four finals remaining the Surrey Trust Tier 1 & Tier 2 finals taking place at Horsley & Send on 31st August and the Under 19 Tier 1, and girls Under 16-18 Hundred Cup final taking place at the Kia Oval on 21st September.
