The Surrey Cricket Foundation (SCF) is proud to continue its commitment to making cricket a game for everyone.
This winter, we’re offering clubs a free Inclusion Workshop designed to simplify equality law using cricket-based examples, giving participants practical tools to tackle discrimination and make inclusion part of everyday club life.
What Are the Inclusion Workshops?
Our Inclusion Workshops are tailored for cricket volunteers across Surrey. Delivered in 60–90 minutes, either in-person or online, these sessions break down complex regulations and provide actionable steps to create welcoming environments for all.
Last winter, over 100 volunteers from 50 clubs took part. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with surveys showing a 30% increase in attendees’ confidence when discussing and promoting inclusion.
Why Take Part?
- ✅ Free of charge for all Surrey clubs
- ✅ Already reached 50 clubs – join the growing movement!
- ✅ Flexible delivery: in-person or online
- ✅ Boost your confidence in creating inclusive environments
- 🎟️ Win tickets to a Surrey Vitality Blast T20 match at the Kia Oval
What’s New This Year?
We’ve updated the workshop content based on insights from the 2025 season, ensuring it’s more relevant than ever. Whether you’re a coach, committee member, or volunteer, these sessions will help you make cricket welcoming for all.
