We are pleased to be one of the leading counties for Women & Girls’ cricket, through a thriving network of clubs, comprehensive league offerings, and development opportunities for all female players, whether you’ve been playing for years, or are new to the sport.
Our focus goes beyond growing participation. We are working to fully embed women and girls within cricket’s culture, leadership, and workforce, ensuring the game is welcoming, inclusive, and sustainable for the long term.
Guided by a clear vision of gender parity across all cricket in Surrey, we support the development of female role models, provide networking opportunities, champion strong female representation in club leadership, help clubs create welcoming environments through facilities development and inclusive culture training, and promote equity in access to facilities and resources.
Real change happens collectively. Working together we can bring this vision to life.
