Founded by former community cricket coach Dominic Reed, HiTZ was created to help remove barriers to participation by making cricket training more affordable, accessible and engaging. The organisation’s commitment to growing the game and supporting players of all abilities aligns closely with the Surrey Cricket Foundation’s vision of creating more opportunities for people to enjoy cricket across the county.
