The Surrey Cricket Foundation Strategy, which runs until 2025, is still in the final development stage but we have agreed both a purpose for the organisation and a set of headline objectives which we will deliver. Details of this can be found in the below document.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the development of this has taken longer than planned and we are still consulting partners in a number of areas to ensure we are prioritising the right activities to have the greatest impact on cricket and wider society in Surrey. We hope to have a detailed plan agreed by Summer 2021.
