As we head towards the end of the season we once again want to get the views of the playing population in Surrey with our Player Survey. Working in conjunction with the senior leagues across Surrey we want to know what players are thinking about the cricket they play so we can help to ensure leagues they play in are meeting players’ needs and keeping them in the game.

I would encourage you to send this to all players participating in any of the adult leagues across Surrey as we seek views from as many people as possible and please note the survey includes specific questions about women’s cricket. The survey can be completed here:

Once again, we will be running a prize draw for players completing the survey with some fantastic prizes on offer:

1. 2 tickets to Day 1 of the England vs Australia Ashes Test Match in 2023
2. A £200 voucher for use at AJ Sport
3. 3 x £50 vouchers at the Kia Oval Store

We will also be running a prize draw for clubs. To qualify for entry clubs will need a minimum of 10 responses and clubs will receive 1 entry for every 10 responses, so a club with 40 responses will increase their chance of winning £600 credit on the Surrey Coach Development Programme in 2022/23.

The survey will run until Monday 15th August with the prize draw taking place shortly after the survey ends. Please forward the link onto all the relevant players at your club as their views are really important in helping to shape the game in Surrey as we move forwards.
